sex blogs by men - straight men, evenThere aren’t that many sex blogs by men out there. Men write only as a half of a couple if they intend to get personal about it, but single men do not blog about it. I can find a gay man blog, I can find a guy with HIV blogging about it, but to find someone who is a heterosexual masculine man who is not there to whine but to share his actual, real unedited thoughts that he wouldn’t share normally… You know the kind that gets a girl dumped but she doesn’t know why, or why a guy passes on an opportunity to sleep with someone, or, what does he feel when he wants someone… All of those things that rarely gets shared.

I know one guy who used to blog about his personal sex life… I loved his blog. I loved the fact he described his failures just as openly as his successes, and how he had no pressure going home alone when he didn’t find someone he didn’t like – his brutal selectiveness was one of his most attractive traits. I loved the way that he shamelessly called women whatever he felt like, that he would look at them up and down guessing how many cocks she had swallowed or whether she would be sweet and fresh, and whether that would matter in the end… I loved it that he treated women as if they had a choice to be sex toys or not be sex toys rather than moronic bimbos that needed a man to protect them from a world they didn’t understand. I loved the fact he somewhat coyly mentioned me in his blog after a night together, knowing that I wrote my own at the timeĀ and that I read his. And I hate the fact he hasn’t updated his blog for a while.

Sex blogs by men are rare because men are not allowed to talk about it!

Men are not allowed to say things the way they see them. They are not supposed to hate, disrespect, or criticise women. Women are more than allowed to openly hate men, be admired for it, even, but men are always supposed to be nothing but chivalrous towards any woman, no matter what he actually thinks of her. He is also not supposed to “brag” but women are allowed to build careers on fucking men. It is those rare few women that they actually confide in to say what they really think, what is REALLY on their minds… And it is not always pretty. I like that. I really, really, really like a guy who simply calls a spade a spade.

Most sex blogs by men are out there only as a half of a couple. As a single guy talking about casual hookups… No. Keep it under wraps, they say. They nearly crucified Justin Bieber for mentioning to one of his friends that he had, actually, had sex with Selena. “Bragging” they called in the media. A girl is allowed to say that. I wonder how many girlfriends Selena called the very following day to tell the news..? Just showing the difference in attitudes.

I am gagging for some man-written personal sex stories. When men write about sex, they write as coaches and guides, and that’s cool, too, but I really wish there was a perspective out there that was shameless, personal, opinionated, real. Honest and open. And I know there are women who would hate that guy, but also… What a breath of fresh air would that be.

I will link to any personal sex blogs by men that I find out there, and please let me know if you know any, no matter how small and infrequent!
